The U.S. problem seldom heard exists in Japan. It is a problem of discrimination.Although it is a downward tendency in recent years, especially the problem of racial discrimination is deep-rooted.Moreover, although it may also be Japan, there are also many especially examples where a victim turns into an assailant.
It might be common to the victim also in Japan or the United States. It means that bodily features and family environment are depreciated, and there is. It seems that it is thought somehow that he would like to stand on predominance rather than a partner as one of the character of man as compared with the surroundings.
It seems that power is put into "prevention" in the United States in order to keep man's character from coming out.In an American school, the actual condition is that bullying various type exists. It seems that the consciousness of specialists or teachers also increases and various programs for urging the prevention from bullying and its early detection are given these days.Moreover, it is said that the law "Anti-Bullying Act" existed for some states, the measure against bullying of each school district was made to strengthen, and a duty of the disposal of counseling an anonymity report of bullying by other students, report presentation of the contents of bullying, and the child on whom it was hard is imposed.
It is few although the school which is putting power into prevention in Japan also recognizes existence. Although investigated, there is little data of the actual condition. If it can do, I would like to attach the data of the actual condition of U.S. bullying and to hear your opinion.
日本ではあまり聞かない、アメリカの問題が存在する。それは、差別の問題である。近年は減少傾向ではあるが、特に人種差別の問題は根強い。また、日本でもありうるが、被害者が加害者になるという事例も特に多い。
日本でもアメリカでも被害者に共通することがあった。それは身体的特徴や家庭環境を貶すということである。どうやら、人間の性質のひとつとして、周りと比較し相手よりも優位に立ちたいと考えるようである。
人間の性質が出ないようにするために、アメリカでは『予防』に力を入れているようだ。アメリカの学校では、様々なタイプのいじめが存在するのが実情だ。最近では専門家や先生達の意識も高まり、いじめ防止やその早期発見を促すための様々なプログラムが施されているようである。また州によっては「Anti-Bullying Act」という法律が存在し、各学校区のいじめ対策を強化させ、他の生徒によるいじめの匿名報告、いじめ内容の報告書提出、またいじめられた子にカウンセリングを行うなどの処置を義務づけているそうだ。
日本で、予防に力を入れている学校も存在はするが少ない。調べてみたが、実状のデータが少ない。できれば、アメリカのいじめの実状のデータを添えて、あなたの意見を聞きたい。

1）Describe your topic as concrete as possible.
どんな問題について考えようと思っていますか。
・ We think that we will consider the problem of bullying of Japan and the United States. In Japan, the children who commit suicide are increasing in number by the abusive language and physical violence of language. For us who aim at a teacher, it is one of the problems which are not avoided. However, Japanese people cannot find the solution easily.
Then, we thought that how it has solved again what kind of bullying has happened would be it worrisome and consider it in countries other than Japan. I investigated the situation of U.S which is a very friendly relation with Japan, and thought that I would make it the reference for considering the measure against bullying of Japan.
・ 私たちは、日本とアメリカのいじめの問題について考えようと思っています。日本では言葉の暴言や身体的暴力により、自殺をする子供が増加しています。教師を目指す私たちにとっては避けられない問題のうちのひとつです。しかし、日本の人々はその解決策をなかなか見つけることができません。
そこで、私たちは日本以外の国では、どのようないじめが起こっているのか、またそれをどのように解決しているのかが気になり、日本と非常に友好的な関係である、アメリカの様子を調べて、日本のいじめの対策を考えるための参考にしようと思いました。

・ It is because I wished to employ efficiently by getting to know the present condition and the measures against bullying other than Japan when it became a teacher.
・ 日本以外のいじめの現状や対策を知ることで、教師になったときに、生かしたいと思ったからです。
3) Thorough the projet, what message do you wish to convey, and to whom?
プロジェクトを通して、誰に、何を、伝えたいですか。
・ I would like to tell what was considered based on the result which we investigated to people and those of a guardian who want to become a teacher.
・ 教師になりたいと思っている人や保護者の人に私たちが調べた結果をもとに考察したことを伝えたいと思います。
4) Why is it important for other people to know about your topic?
どうして他の人はその問題について知らなければならないと思いますか。
・ It is because Japanese people's thought of solving bullying of Japan in Japan is strong and an idea insists easily. I wished to free myself from adherence by getting to know the idea over bullying of the United States which is an economic big power.
・なぜなら、日本人は日本のいじめは日本で解決するという思いが強く、考えが固執しやすいからです。経済大国であるアメリカのいじめに対する考えを知ることで固執から脱却したいと思いました。
5) How do you plan to share your project, in order to convey the message?

初めまして。私は日本の東京福祉大学の佐々木達弥といいます。教育学部の3年生で小学校の先生を目指しています。
私は、日本のヲタク文化に興味があります。アイドルが大好きな大学生です。日本のヲタク文化についても、ぜひ交流しましょう。
